Allocation coverage compares saved active allocation amounts with the region’s total eligible master reference value; remaining value is the difference. Selecting a region updates the pie chart; “All Ghana” shows the national breakdown. Cancelled and reassigned records do not count as active. “Allocated” describes assignment to a supplier, not delivery completion.
